fantasyn. 1 . whim of fancy,fancy,illusion 幻想,幻覺(jué)。 △Ham. 1.1.23:“Horatio says ’tis but our fantasy,”霍拉旭說(shuō)那不過(guò)是我們的幻覺(jué)。 △ Ham.4.4.61:“That for a fantasyand trick of fame / Go to their graves like beds,”為了一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)幻想、一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)虛名,進(jìn)墳?zāi)怪划?dāng)上床鋪。 2. imagination 想像。 △Mid.1.1.32:“And stolen theimpression of her fantasy”,i. e. impressed yourselfstealthiiy upon her imagination. 偷偷摸摸地在她的心上留下了你的印象。 △2H.IV.5.2.12: “Which cannot lookmore hideously upon me / Than I have drawn it in myfantasy.”不管它的面目多么可怕,總不會(huì)比我想像中所描畫(huà)的更糟。 3. whim,caprice 怪念頭,任性。 △Oth.3.3.299: “Inothing but to please his fantasy.” i. e.
