1. rich man,as the symbol of gluttony 富人（作為大吃大喝的象征）。
△1H.IV.4. 2.27(25): “slaves as ragged asLazarus in the painted cloth,where the glutton’s dogs licked his sores，”這些奴才們衣衫襤褸，活像畫布上的那個拉撒路，大肚子財主的狗還給他舐瘡。
2. i.e. the rich man in Jesus’ parable of the rich manand the beggar Lazarus. (The rich man went to hellwhile Lazarus went to heaven. See Luke 16.) 貪吃的人，大肚子，（指耶穌說的財主和拉撒路的寓言中的）財主。
