△H.VIII.3.2.182(181):“the honour of it/Does pay the act of it，”(it: being loyal to one’s sovereign.)為人臣者的忠誠定會得到榮譽(yù)的報償。
△Rom.3. 2. 93:“For’tis a throne where honour may be crowned / Solemonarch of the universal earth.”因為那是榮譽(yù)獨(dú)自稱王的寶座，普天之下都要瞻仰。
2. sense of honour榮譽(yù)感。
△H.VIII.1.1.39:“As I belong to worship and affect / In honour honesty，”我有貴族的身份，榮譽(yù)感使我熱愛誠實。
3. honourable duty光榮責(zé)任。
