△H.VIII.3.2.71:“This same Cranmer’s / A worthy fellow,and hath ta’en much pain / In the King’s business.”這位克蘭默真是個了不起的人，為了國王的事出了不少力。
3. effort to accomplish something,efforts 努力。
△2H.IV. 4.5.222 (223):“Which I with more thanwith a common pain /’Gainst all the world will right-fully maintain.”我要拿出超乎尋常的努力，哪怕與全世界作對，也得把它合法地保住。
