1.moisture,water; tears濕氣，水；淚水。
△Ado.5.2.88(83):“a quarter in rheum；” 一刻鐘的流淚。
△Ham.2.2.536 (505): “threatening the flames With bissonrheum，”i.e.she threatened (to put out) the flameswith blinding tears. 用哭瞎眼睛的淚水威脅大火(又譯：威脅著要澆滅火焰)。
2. saliva唾液。
△H.V.3.5.50:“Rush on his host,asdoth the melted snow / Upon the valleys whose lowvassal seat / The Alps doth spit and void his rheumupon.” i. e. The French are to rush on the English ar-my as the melted snow from the Alps rushes down in-to the low valleys,on to whose base and obedientplace of residence the high mountain seems in scorn tospit and emit its saliva. 沖向他的軍隊(duì)，就像融化的雪水沖向山谷，阿爾卑斯山正是這樣向卑下的低處噴吐著口水。
3. spittle痰。

4. mucus from the nose; cold鼻涕；（又解）傷風(fēng)，感冒。
△Oth. 3.4.52 (51): “I have a salt and sorry rheumoffends me；”i.e. I have a painful running cold in thenose which irritates me. 我傷風(fēng)流鼻涕，很不舒服
