艱難竭蹶jiān nán jié juébe extremely hard up;hardship and destitution; live in extreme poverty
? 此種農(nóng)民，每年勞動結(jié)果，自己可得一半。不足部分，可以種雜糧、撈魚蝦、飼雞豕，或出賣一部分勞動力勉強(qiáng)維持生活，于～之中，存聊以卒歲之想。(《毛澤東選集》7)Such peasants may retain half the product of their year’s toil.
