達爾富爾問題Darfur issue
～背景復(fù)雜，涉及部落、資源、宗教以及蘇丹與鄰國等諸多因素。我們主張尊重蘇丹的主權(quán)和領(lǐng)土完整，堅持對話和平等協(xié)商，通過和平方式解決～。安南方案是當(dāng)前解決～的焦點。The Darfur issue is a complex one involving tribal relations,resources,religions and Sudan’s relations with its neighbors. We maintain that the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Sudan should be respected,and the issue should be resolved through dialogue and consultation on an equal footing and by peaceful means. The Anna plan is the focus of the ongoing effort to resolve the Darfur issue. |
