2. in terruption; pastime or entertainment that short-ens the time打岔；（縮短時間的）消遣，娛樂。
△Ham. 2. 2.448 (420): “for look,where my abridgement comes. ”i.e. the players who cut him short or entertain him.但是，看，他們來打斷了我的話頭。(又譯：消遣的玩意兒來了。)
3. pastime; a short,or shortened,play for anevening’s entertainment at court消遣；（為宮廷晚會之用的）短劇或戲劇刪節(jié)本（折子戲）。
