巴黎統(tǒng)籌委員會(huì)（巴統(tǒng)）COCOM—Coordinating Committee (for Control of strategic materials and equipment to communist countries) (1949年11月在美國(guó)提議下成立的對(duì)社會(huì)主義國(guó)家實(shí)行封鎖禁運(yùn)的國(guó)際組織，設(shè)在巴黎。1994年底正式解散，1996年又以“瓦森納安排Wassenaar Arrangement名義進(jìn)行活動(dòng)，總部設(shè)在維也納。中國(guó)分別于2004年和2005年與“安排”舉行了兩輪對(duì)話。)
