欲加之罪，何患無詞yù jiā zhī zuì , hé huàn wú cíifyou are out to condemn sb,you can always trump up a charge; give a dog a bad (/an ill) name and hang him; he who has a mind to beat his dogs will easily find his stick; if you want a pretence to whip a dog,say that he ate the frying pan; if you wish to make out a man’s guilt,there is no difficulty in finding ground to do so
