民不畏死，奈何以死懼之mín bù wèi sǐ , nài hé yǐ sǐ jù zhīthe people have no fear of death,why threaten them with it?/～？ (《老子》七十四章) The people are not afraid of death. Why,then,threaten them with death?/中國人死都不怕，還怕困難么？老子說過： “民不畏死，奈何以死懼之?！?(《毛澤東選集》1385) Will the Chinese cower before difficulties when they are not afraid even of death?
