留置權(quán)lien
債務(wù)人不履行到期債務(wù)，債權(quán)人可以留置已經(jīng)合法占有的債務(wù)人的動(dòng)產(chǎn)，并有權(quán)就該動(dòng)產(chǎn)優(yōu)先受償。When an obligor fails to pay off its due debts,the obligee may take lien of the chattels that are owned by the obligor and lawfully occupied by the obligee,and has the right to seek preferred payments from such chattels./占有的動(dòng)產(chǎn)為～財(cái)產(chǎn)。The occupied chattels shall be the property under lien./對(duì)船貨有～have a lien on (or upon) the cargo/～擔(dān)保債權(quán)人lien creditor/～持有人lien holder/～人lienor |
