1. liquor飲料。
thin drink: weak liquor,i. e. beer淡飲料，（指）淡啤酒。
△2H.IV. 4 . 3 . 98 (91):“for thin drink doth so over-cool their blood，”因為喝淡啤酒使得他們的血液過分冷淡。
2. night-cup,posset臨睡前喝的酒，牛奶甜酒。
△Mac.2.1. 31 : “God bid thy mistress,when my drink isready,/ She strike upon the bell.”去告訴夫人，我的酒預(yù)備好了的時候，請她打一下鐘。(按：這顯然是麥克白夫婦預(yù)先商量過的暗號。)
3. drunkenness酒醉。

drinkvb. take in or inhale by ears,i.e.hear （耳朵）吸收或吸入，（即）聽見。

drink deep: take large draughts,i.e. absorb or de-vour a great part of someone’s wealth大量飲酒，（轉(zhuǎn)義）吸取或吞沒（某人的）大部分財產(chǎn)。

drink to: offer toasts to向…敬酒。

drink up: drink avidly or unhesitatingly 痛飲。
