2. reached out to 向…伸出。
△H.V.4.6.21: “Hesmiled me in the face,raught me his hand，”他對(duì)我微笑，向我伸出手來(lái)。
3. stretched out the hand in order to touch伸出手去觸摸。
△3H.VI.1.4.67: “Come,make him stand uponthis molehill here. / That raught at mountains withoutstretched arms / Yet parted but the shadow withhis hand.”來(lái)，讓他站在這個(gè)小丘上，他伸出雙手要去觸摸高山，手里卻只抓住了幻影。
