表示冷熱程度的物理量。用它可以測定熱能在兩種物體接觸時(shí)流動(dòng)的方向，也就是溫度高的物體的熱量向著溫度低的物體的方向流動(dòng)。通用的溫標(biāo)有三種：攝氏溫標(biāo)(℃)、華氏溫標(biāo)(℉)和絕對溫標(biāo)，亦即開氏溫標(biāo)(K)。500℃以下用溫度計(jì)測量，500℃以上用高溫計(jì)測量。
