從續(xù)期之日起，每年交納相當(dāng)于該土地～3%的租金，此后，隨～的改變而調(diào)整租金。An annual rent shall be charged from the date of extension equivalent to 3 per cent of the rateable value of the property at that date,adjusted in step with any changes in the rateable value thereafter. |
