質(zhì)權(quán)pledge right
為擔(dān)保債務(wù)的履行，債務(wù)人或者第三人將其動(dòng)產(chǎn)出質(zhì)給債權(quán)人占有的，債務(wù)人不履行到期債務(wù)或者發(fā)生當(dāng)事人約定的實(shí)現(xiàn)～的情形，債權(quán)人有權(quán)就該動(dòng)產(chǎn)優(yōu)先受償。For the security of the payment of debts an obligor or a third party may pledge his/its chattels to the obligee for occupation,and when the obligor fails to pay due debts or any circumstance for realizing the pledge right as stipulated by the parties happens,the obligee has the right to seek preferred payments from the pledged chattels./前款規(guī)定的債務(wù)人或者第三人為出質(zhì)人，債權(quán)人為～人，交付的動(dòng)產(chǎn)為質(zhì)押財(cái)產(chǎn)。The “debtor”or“third” party as referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be the pledger,the “oblige” shall be the pledge,and the “chattels” as delivered shall be the pledged property./動(dòng)產(chǎn)～ chattel pledge/權(quán)利～right pledge |
