2. raving,wanton,lustful 瘋狂的，放肆的，淫蕩的。
△R.III. 3.5.81 (82): “Which stretched unto their(i.e. the citizens’) servants,daughters,wives,/ Even where his raging eye or savage heart,/ Without con-trol,lusted to make a prey，”他的淫欲伸展向他們的婢仆、女兒、妻子，只消他那淫蕩的眼睛一轉(zhuǎn)、他那野蠻的心思一動(dòng)，就肆無(wú)忌憚，總要貪求著獵取的對(duì)象。
3. causing extreme pain引起極大痛苦的。
