△Rom. 3. 5. 173(172): “I speakno treason.”我沒有說什么失禮的話。 treason叛國罪危害一個主權(quán)國及其首腦安全的罪行。美國憲法規(guī)定，凡是對美國宣戰(zhàn)或者援助美國的敵人的美國公民，均構(gòu)成叛國罪行為。英國法律在1352年將這種罪分為兩種：叛國罪和叛逆罪。后者是指仆人殺死主人、妻子殺死丈夫、牧師殺死上司（即對個人的不忠誠行為），已于1828年取消。叛國罪指：1.陰謀殺害或重傷君主； 2.發(fā)動反對本國的戰(zhàn)爭或加入敵軍隊(duì)伍； 3.殺死君主的長子或繼承人； 4.強(qiáng)奸君主之妻、未婚長女或繼承人之妻； 5.殺死正在執(zhí)法的大法官或任何法官。在英、美這兩個國家，犯了叛國罪的公民可以處以終身監(jiān)禁或死刑。參見treachery條。 treason[?tri:zn]n.謀反，叛國（罪）
