軍品military products; products for military use
～出口三項原則：中國是個負(fù)責(zé)任的國家。在軍品出口問題上，我們一貫采取嚴(yán)肅、慎重、負(fù)責(zé)的態(tài)度。在這方面，我們嚴(yán)格遵循三項原則： 一是我們的軍品出口要有助于增強有關(guān)國家的正當(dāng)自衛(wèi)能力； 二是要有助于維護(hù)和促進(jìn)有關(guān)地區(qū)的和平、安全和穩(wěn)定，三是我們不以軍品出口為手段，干涉別國內(nèi)政。China is a responsible country.We have always adopted a serious,prudent and responsible attitude on the question of export of military products.In this regard,we strictly abide by the following three principles:First,the export of military products should be conducive to enhancement of the just defence capability of the countries concerned.Secondly,it should be conducive to maintenance and promotion of peace,security and stability in the relevant regions. Thirdly,China does not interfere in the internal affairs of other countries by means of export of military products. |
