和諧社會(huì)harmonious society
我們所要建設(shè)的社會(huì)主義～，是在中國特色社會(huì)主義道路上，中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)全體人民共同建設(shè)、共同享有的～，是民主法治、公平正義、誠信友愛、充滿活力、安定有序、人與自然和諧相處的社會(huì)。The harmonious society we aim for is one built and shared by all the Chinese people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.This is a society of Chinese style socialism;it is a society based on democracy and rule of law as well as fairness and justice; it is a society of integrity and amity;and it is a society full of vitality,one of order and stability,and of harmony between man and nature./一個(gè)和諧的國家是法治的國家，穩(wěn)定的國家，和平的國家，繁榮的國家。A harmonious country should be one of laws and stability,peace and prosperity./到2020年，我們所要構(gòu)建的社會(huì)主義～的目標(biāo)和主要任務(wù)是：社會(huì)主義民主法制更加完善，依法治國基本方略得到全面落實(shí)，人民的權(quán)益得到切實(shí)尊重和保障；城鄉(xiāng)、區(qū)域發(fā)展差距擴(kuò)大的趨勢逐步扭轉(zhuǎn)，合理有序的收入分配格局基本形成，家庭財(cái)產(chǎn)普遍增加，人民過上更加富足的生活；社會(huì)就業(yè)比較充分，覆蓋城鄉(xiāng)居民的社會(huì)保障體系基本建立；基本公共服務(wù)體系更加完備，政府管理和服務(wù)水平有較大提高；全民族的思想道德素質(zhì)、科學(xué)文化素質(zhì)和健康素質(zhì)明顯提高，良好道德風(fēng)尚、和諧人際關(guān)系進(jìn)一步形成；全社會(huì)創(chuàng)造力顯著增強(qiáng)，創(chuàng)新型國家基本建成；社會(huì)管理體系更加完善，社會(huì)秩序良好；資源利用效率顯著提高，生態(tài)環(huán)境明顯好轉(zhuǎn)；實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建設(shè)惠及十幾億人口的更高水平的小康社會(huì)的目標(biāo)，努力形成全體人民各盡其能、各得其所而又和諧相處的局面。(《中共中央關(guān)于構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)若干重大問題的決定》，2006年10月11日中共十六屆六中全會(huì)通過)By2020,the following objectives and main tasks will be accomplished in our effort to build a harmonious socialist society:We will further improve socialist democracy and legal system,fully implement the basic principle of lawbased governance and ensure that the rights and interests of the people are respected and guaranteed. We will gradually narrow the widening gap between rural and urban areas and between different regions. An equitable and orderly income distribution system will take shape.There will be a general increase in family assets and the people will lead a better life.We will ensure full employment,build a social security system covering both urban and rural population,improve the basic public service system and considerably improve government administration and services. The ideological and moral standard,educational level and health of the entire nation will be significantly enhanced and sound social ethics and harmonious interpersonal relations will be cultivated. We will greatly enhance the whole society’s capacity for innovation to turn China into an innovation-oriented country. The public administration system will be further improved and law and order will be ensured.We will markedly make better use of resources and improve the eco-system. We will attain the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects and at a higher level that benefits over one billion Chinese people. This will be a society in which people work according to their ability,are properly provided for and live in harmony. |
