? 今將軍欲舉倦弊之兵，頓之燕堅城之下，欲戰(zhàn)恐久，力不能拔，～，曠日糧竭，而弱燕不服，齊必距境以自強也。(《史記·淮陰侯列傳》) If you lead these weary,exhausted troops against the strongholds of Yan,you will fail to take them however long you fight. Conditions will worsen as the days drag on and you run short of supplies; for Yan,although weak,will not submit. while Qi will strengthen herself and defend her frontiers. |
