～人有權(quán)按照合同約定，利用他人的不動產(chǎn)，以提高自己的不動產(chǎn)的效益。An easement holder shall,according to the contract,be entitled to utilize the realty of someone else so as to enhance the efficiency of his own realty./他人的不動產(chǎn)為供役地，自己的不動產(chǎn)為需役地。The term“realty of someone else” shall be the servient tenement,and “one’s own reality”shall be the dominant tenement. |
