? 趙禹時～。杜周不諛，以少言為重。(《史記·酷吏列傳》3154)?Zhao Yu stuck to the letter of the law and was careful to be fair,but Du Zhou simply flattered the whims of the ruler and believed that gravity consisted in saying little.
