(2) 在……期間(范圍)之內(nèi) (within (the course of))：He met her/was wounded twice～the war. 戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中他遇見她/受傷了兩次。He woke up～the night twice. 夜里他醒來兩次。Two trains left～the evening.晚間開走了兩列車。He works～the day but is free in the evening. 他白天工作，晚上有空。
(3) 在……期間(的某一點(diǎn)上) (at (a particular point in the course of))：die/be born～the 18th century 死于/出生于18世紀(jì)(的某個(gè)時(shí)候);He called/dropped in/came here (sometimes)～her absence .她不在時(shí)他打來電話/順便進(jìn)來拜訪/來到這里。
